AlphaCool

Our portfolio includes almost all possible sizes. The specific sizes always refer to the fan dimension which can be mounted on the radiator. We offer radiators with thicknesses of 20, 25, 27, 30, 38, 45, 60 and 86 mm, for 40 to 200 mm fans.

We are the only manufacturer worldwide to rely on genuine all COPPERcore™ liquid cooling system radiators. This means that all water-bearing components are made of pure copper.

Considerably more thermal efficient compared to aluminum, with COPPERcore™ 99% of water-carrying components are made of pure copper, which is a unique selling point on the market. Brass is used at the thread points because of its malleability.

Made of solid copper with adjacent brass threads. These are then soldered to the copper in the production process.

The manifold is the transition from the end chamber through to the cooling channels. From there the heat is transferred to the copper fins.

The Channels
The Channels

The Channels

The copper channels through which the water flows to transfer the heat to the copper fins. Alphacool is the only manufacturer in the world to use solid copper for these cooling channels.

The Fins

All cooling fins have a fine punching to better guide the air flow through the fins. This also increases the heat transfer between the fins and the air.

Dissipate the heat.

The highest thermal conductivity and wider performance limit.

Copper can absorb heat more quickly and transport it away faster. This is particularly noticeable when an aluminium radiator and a copper radiator of the same size are subjected to maximum load. If the aluminium radiator reaches its limits, the copper radiator offers more room for manoeuvre. Copper simply has a much higher thermal conductivity than aluminium.

Copper: 401 W(m/K)
Aluminium: 236 W(m/K)

We offer standard specified sizes that always refer to the dimension of the fan which should be mounted to the (both sides) of the radiator.
