Alphacool's production facilities boast an extensive range of CNC machines, production lines, and assembly areas, capable of producing up to thousands of German engineered pieces per day.
CNC machining on 3,000m²
500 pieces of CPU coolers, 350 GPU coolers and 300 Pump and Reservoir per day. Respectively on 43 calibrated CNC machines.
Turning of fittings and connectors on 8,000m²
Up to 100,000 pieces per day on 250 CNC lathes and 40 CNC automatic lathes. 1.000 Quick Release Couplings daily.
Radiator production on 3,600m²
We are able to produce up to 1000 high quality radiators per day. Normal output measures 300-500 pieces daily.
Tube factory on nearly 4,500m²
20 hose production lines with up to 8 tons of nylon, PU, PE, PVC, EPDM and TPV hoses processed daily. Other grades on request!
12 Plastic injection molding machines
Able to produce up to 150-200.000 injected parts per day.
6 CNC machines for treatment of plastic injection molds
Tooling for the radiators, lasering, surface finishing etc.
Assembly area of over 3,000m²
Assemble and pack (eg. 500 AIO units) daily, as well as to subject them to quality control.
Logistics and warehouse area of 5,000m²
For raw parts, finished products, semi-finished products, spare parts, OEM products etc.
